Where is the sc mounted?? I see it in the background and it looks like its hanging much lower than where the Intake manfold is? Also how much boost is it running that it needs a front mount intercooler??

Wouldn't it suck if it just blew up the first time you started it?
Sorry to put that thought into your head if it wasn't already there. I couldn't suffer in apprehension alone, though.

First, this isn't my engine so I don't care if it blows up. Second, the reason of doing this is because this engine goes into a CRX and a JRSC would not fit, there's not enough room for it. The reason for the intercooler, the guy want to run 10psi and as stated, the blower is between the engine and the header so the air will be hotter than a JRSC. I wonder what will be the effect of the heat on the blower, any thaughts ?
I admit it, this is a crazy project and I like that.

WTF!
I also would love to hear about this thing once it is running (hopefully). That guy must have alot of time, money and shop resources to go ALL OUT like that and not even know if it will work. Must be nice

I know it's gonna get hot behind the header and the blower has internal seals of some sort. I'd check with Eaton to see if it can be subjected to those temps.

WOW!! the sc is btwn the header and the block... someone was smoking something!!
I think if they really thought about it, they could have made real short runners and a custom intake manifold and mounted the sc on the intake side.
I hope this works out... I want to know how that thing will perform and if it will be extremely affected by the heat.
It always helps to be creative... I guess.
